Welcome to The Turtle Shell Bungalows

Breathe easy in this newly renovated, ocean view, 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment! Watch the Surf City sunsets & sunrises atop your large private deck with a pet-friendly gate. Located only a few steps away to Beach Access #1 & The Surf City Line Restaurant. Enjoy the kitchen & living room surrounded by window views of the ocean. Sleep peacefully on a pillow top king bed in the master, queen size bed in 2nd bedroom, & sofa bed in living room. Your family will feel at home, away from home! 

We carefully designed our Bungalow with our guest in mind. The private deck includes a sitting area for meals, a pet friendly latched gate and a rocking bench. The atmosphere is cozy and eye catching. You will instantly feel ‘home, away from home’ in Surf City. The location on a dead-end road helps you forget how busy the island truly is!

Downstairs we have a full-size propane grill and a backyard area designed specifically for your pups!

And forget wasting money on beach toys, we have a first come first serve beach box available with boogie boards, buckets, shovels and more! Or, we have bikes available to rent for the day. 

The backyard area is specifically designed for pups, with waste bags and a receptacle!

After the beach, enjoy fresh tacos and drinks on the top deck at The Surf City Line restaurant, located directly behind our building.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
