Welcome to the Turtle Shell Key West! This studio comes complete with a full-size bathroom, queen bed, smart TV, microwave & minifridge. Absolutely perfect location for a couple's getaway - PLUS DOG FRIENDLY! A short walk to "downtown" Surf City, and steps away to the beach!

The Property: The Key West property features 7 studios & one 2-bedroom apartment with a full-size kitchen. The units are laid out side-by-side (No worries about hearing any footsteps above you!) Each unit has its own porch with privacy walls on each side!

Not only is the property stylish, but it is also pet friendly! The dog waste container with doggy bags is on the right side of the building. There is an outdoor shower area located in the middle and hose off on the right side of the building. We also have a first come - first serve beach box for beach toys! A public beach access is only a short walk from the property, along with MANY restaurants, shops and entertainment! We have a list of "Our Favorite" places printed out inside. (You can always ask us through messenger, we are locals and love giving out recommendations!)

Key West #1 (Your Studio): Studio #1 is one of the most unique studios in the property. It is a bit smaller than the other 6, but unlike the others it has a large, private screened in front porch area with a modern outdoor swing, a bistro set and twinkle lights to really bring on the ambience! Your studio has a queen bed, 42'' Fire TV, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, and full-size walk-in shower!

We supply: K-pods, sugar, creamer packs, travel size shower soap set, a sound machine, starter paper towels and toilet paper, bed sheets (wrapped and placed on top of bed), and a set of towels.

Towel sets include: 2 towels, 2 wash clothes, and 2 hand towels.
**We do suggest you bring extras if you plan on staying longer than a few days** Since we use a local linen company, if you request extras there will be an added charge.

Pets: We allow 1 pup max (only dogs, sorry!!) under 50 lbs. The space is not big enough to allow anything larger. We only have these restrictions so you will be comfortable!
** Dog crates are $40 to rent! Please let us know before you arrive so we can add the fee onto your reservation.

- You will have private access to your studio and your private porch! The grill area, beach box and pup area are shared with the other guests staying at Key West. Please be kind and leave each shared space clean and tidy!

- Surf City is one of North Carolinas best kept secrets! A small-town feel, with a large group of welcoming locals! One of the best parts of this quaint beach town is it is still non-commercialized, and they plan on keeping it that way! Once you come visit Surf City you will not want to go anywhere else!

- Turtle Shell Key West is in one of the best locations in Surf City. Most importantly, a public beach access is only one street over! Not only is it close to the beach, but you are also less than a 5-minute walk to shops, restaurants and entertainment! Park your car and you may not have to get back in it until you are headed back home!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
